  1. 200ml Maionese (see maionese note)
  2. 100g can of tuna
  3. 3 anchovy fillets
  4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  5.  
  6. Put the maionese into an electric blender, add the remaining ingedients and work until smooth.  If necessary, thin to a coating consistency by adding a little cold water.
